Q-1 What is the procedure to order & order confirmation?


Method 1:
DM us on our Instagram Page or Facebook Page with the article picture, Our representative shall contact you back in the shortest time possible. Confirm your order with suitable method and you’ll be provided with an order number. You’ll receive a confirmation email & SMS once the order has been placed.

Add your desired item to the cart
Click “Proceed to checkout”
Click “Continue to Shipping Method”
Complete the “Billing Information” Form
Complete the “Shipping Method” Information
Select suitable Payment Information either by “Cash on Delivery” (set as default) or “Visa” or “MasterCard”
An order number will be generated when you hit the “Complete Order” Button. You’ll receive a confirmation email & SMS once the order has been placed .


Q-2 How long will my order take to be delivered?


You’ll receive a confirmation email & SMS once the order has been placed and will possibly receive your order within 4-5 working days.


Q-3 What are the delivery charges for any order in Pakistan?


The delivery charges on orders above PKR 5,000 are free, however below PKR 5,000, the delivery charges are PKR 150 in Pakistan


Q-4 What are the delivery charges for any order outside Pakistan?


The Delivery charges outside Pakistan are calculated as per weight of the parcel and region of delivery


Q-5 Can I Cancel my order?


Once you’ve checked out, the order cannot be cancelled. However you can cancel the order via Phone Call after you’ve checked out and before the tracking id is allotted to the customer


Q-6 Can the order be placed over phone or WhatsApp?


Yes you can order via phone or WhatsApp with correct description of the product along with product code


Q-7 If I haven’t received sales Invoice via email or SMS, does that mean that order has not been placed?


If sales invoice is not received by the customer by any of the mentioned sources, it means order has not been placed successfully


Q-8 How many attempts does the courier service person make to deliver the order?


The courier service person will contact the customer 8 hours before the delivery time, if you fail to receive the order on your doorstep, another attempt would be made to contact & deliver. After the failing of second time order delivery, the order will be automatically cancelled.


Q-9 If an item is added to the cart, does it mean it has been booked?


The item has not been reserved until and unless you’ve placed an order or paid for it


Q-10 Are the prices inclusive of Delivery Charges?


No, they are exclusive
