Exchange
The item will only be exchanged if:
- The manufacturing defect occurs, shipment of the wrong size or wrong item
- If the Exchange request is submitted via Call, SMS, Email within 2-3 Working Days of Purchased Receipt
- The item is still in its original position & Tag Intact.
- - Customer has to exchange the article’s size or if not size, has to exchange with another article of same price. In case of article to be exchanged, additional cost of exchange article will be paid by the customer.
- It has no stains or marks or anything reflecting that the product has been used by the customer.
MAHABA reserves the right to accept or deny the request for exchange after going through the exchange/return request from the customer by our respective team. Once gone through with the inquiry you will be offered exchange, depending upon the availability of the item. The item to be exchanged will be picked up by MAHABA and be replaced with the customer’s Exchanged article.
Refund
MAHABA has no cashback policy of the product.
Order Cancellation
Order can be cancelled before the shipping process. Once the tracking id is generated and the order has been out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
There will be no exchange or return on sales article.
